These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
By making a purchase you declare that you have read our terms and conditions and have agreed to all of them.
All of our prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate (23% VAT).
Given prices do not include shipping costs.
We accept payments both through Paypal and ALL major debit/credit cards (through PayPal).
You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
If you don't want to pay through options described above, we can agree for a bank transfer, but in such a case, please contact us at: email@example.com
No card details are held by us or by our website.
Please note that we are unable to send out an order until payment has been received and cleared.
Please be patient and remember that everything in our shop is handmade, but we do make our best to send your orders as soon as possible.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
We send all orders via registered priority shipping (postal or courier service, depending of the buyer's cuntry) with tracking number and receipt confirmation.
Depending on order's value, we often choose shipping with additional insurence which is payed solely by us.
We will inform you via email notification, when your item is dispatched.
In case you are unavailable to receive your order, a card will be put through your door with instructions of what to do next. Please be aware that the post and most couriers will only hold undelivered items for limited time (one week to 3 weeks, depending of the country rules) before returning them to us. Proof of postage will be retained for each dispatch. Please note that bespoke 'made to measure' items may take up to 14 working days before dispatch.
Most of our products are "made to order" or "made to measure". That means they are individually made after each purchase to fit customer's sizes. Therefore, it can even take 7 to 10 business days until we are ready to ship it. In some very special cases it can even take 14 days. All this information is always included in each product description.
NON DELIVERED GOODS
If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame, please notify us immediately.
Shipping usually takes (in businness days):
1-3 days in Poland,
5-7 days for EU countries
5-10 days for USA,Canada
5- 14 days for Australia.
Please note these time frames may be longer around holidays.
We reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the order to you. We may need this time to start investigating procedure with shipping service.
Please note all packages have their own tracking number and require a signature on receipt.
If the item is lost, we will send you another one (the same or similar one, due to hand-made production process). In the case of lost package, we will re-send it on our cost. However we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected on time or if the reason of re-delivery was wrong name or address. We cannot be held responsible for problems incurred by inaccurate delivery information being supplied.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact us immediately to arrange return and refund, or exchange.
You must let us know you are returning an item before you send the item back. The item must to be returned to us within 7 days from receiving packages. We will not refund until the item is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition. We will not accept returns after 7 days.
All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging and invoice. You will be required to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be given a full refund via the payment method of your original purchase.

Unless the item is faultyWe are unable to refund shipping costs. Please do not return items before contacting us.
Please make sure you have provided us with correct sizes and measurements, while purchasing "made to measure" jewelry. We can't be responsible for wrong sizing and we will not refund shipping cost in such case. If you have problems with providing measurements, please contact us.
Product on photos may seems bigger or smaller than they are in reality, therefore all our product's description include detailed information and measurements. Please use measuring tape or send us an email, if you have any question, or need any additional information or picture.
Please note this does not apply to any bespoke 'made to measure' items. In such cases, if the purchased item is consistent to product description and given measurements and is not falty, we will not accept return and give refund without serious reason.
When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to enable us to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.

- sending promotional emails about new products, discounts, special offers etc.
